Bint Mbareh

TBC - TBC

Bint Mbareh is a Palestinian sound artist, researcher, and performer whose practice centers around the intersection of land, ritual, and resistance. Rooted in deep research into Palestinian oral histories and rain-summoning songs, her work reactivates ancient sonic traditions as living, insurgent technologies—tools for collective memory, ecological attunement, and anti-colonial reclamation.

Through live performance, sound essays, and DJ sets, Bint Mbareh fuses field recordings, folklore, and contemporary electronic textures, creating layered soundscapes that are both archival and futuristic. Her practice refuses linear narratives, instead proposing sound as a space for speculation, healing, and geopolitical intervention. Whether invoking ritualistic chants or abstracted ambience, her performances are acts of sonic world-building—tender, defiant, and deeply grounded.

At No Bounds, Bint Mbareh invites audiences into a space where ancestral knowledge and experimental sound converge—a resonant terrain where resistance is felt not only in words, but in vibration, rhythm, and breath. Mbareh will be perfoming live with Rashad Becker
