No Bounds Cinema #5: Ultra Violet Neon Planet Directed by: Jashan Walton

Peddler Basement - Saturday, 16:00 - 22:00

A shared voice with no words.

Ultra Violet Neon Planet is a film documenting the cultural origins of bleep, a subgenre of house and techno developed in Sheffield, Leeds and Bradford in  the late 1980s. Using a mixture of archival film  provided by Memory Dance, the documentary  explores the transatlantic connection between  Yorkshire and the midwestern cities of Chicago and Detroit, unravelling the subconscious influences that shaped the sound of bleep.

This will be rolling on loop in Peddler basement  from 16:00 - 22:00.
